The percentage of fly ash used as a subtitute for type I portland cement is 0%, 0,5%, 2% dan 3,5%. The materials used are 2-3 broken stones, 1-2 broken stones, sand and cement. Test specimens are made in the form of a cylinder size 150mm × 300 mm for compressive strength and jn the form of beams 150 mm × 150 mm × 600 mm for flexural strength. Compressive and flexural strength tests are carried out when the specimen is 7 days, 14 days and 28 days old. The result of the research showed an increase in the compressive strength and flexural strength of Fs 45 with the addition of 3,5 % ash by 4,76 Mpa to the optimum point of 3,5 % fly ash. The compressive strength value obtained was 39,80 Mpa. In testing for flexural strength and compressive strength with use of fly ash + NaOH there is a decrease in flexural strength and compressive strength} }
