This research was conducted at the UIRA Farm Agro Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University. Which was conducted from November 2019 to January 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the interaction and the main effect of dolomite and rhizobium lime on the growth and production of mung bean plants. The design used was a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors, namely lime with 4 treatment levels, namely 0.43.51.60 g / plot and the dose of rhizobium inoculation with 4 treatment levels, namely 0.5,10,15 g. / kg of seed. The parameters observed were plant height, flowering age, average relative growth rate, average net assimilation rate, number of active root nodules, seed dry weight per plant, harvest age and weight of 100 wet seeds. The results of the observations were analyzed statistically and continued with the honest real difference test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of dolomite and rhizobium lime had a significant effect on plant height, active nodules, relative growth rate (LPR), net assimilation rate (LAB), seed dry weight per plant, weight of 100 wet seeds. The best treatment resulted from treatment of dolomite lime 60 g / plot and rhizobium 15 g / kg of seed (K3R3). The main effect of dolomite lime was significant on all parameters with the best dose of dolomite lime as much as 60 g / plot (K3). The main effect of rhizobium was significant on plant height, relative growth rate (LPR), net assimilation rate (LAB), number of active root nodules, dry weight of seeds and weight of 100 wet seeds with the best dose of rhizobium as much as 15 g / kg of seeds (R3} }
