The design used in this study was a completely randomized factorial design consisting of two factors. The first factor is palm oil mill effluent (L) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 200, 400, 600 ml/liter of water and the second factor is the provision of legin (R) which consists of 4 levels, namely 0, 5, 10, 15 g/ kg of seeds. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of effective root nodules (fruit), relative growth rate (g/day), net assimilation rate (mg/m2/day), flowering age (HST), seed dry weight (g), efficiency of legin use (%). The data obtained were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ test at a level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction between the administration of palm oil mill effluent and legume was significant on the parameters of plant height and dry weight of cropping seeds with the administration of 400 ml/l of water palm oil mill effluent and 15 g/kg of seed (L2R3) legin inoculation. The main effect of giving palm oil mill effluent was significant on all observation parameters by giving 400 ml/l of water (L2).} }
