Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara sarapan pagi dengan status gizi dan prestasi belajar pada pelajar kelas VII di SMPN 02 Banjar Agung, Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa-siswi kelas VII di SMPN 02 Banjar Agung yang tersaring dalam kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil kebiasaan sarapan pagi baik diperoleh 100 orang (80,0%), Index Massa Tubuh normal sebanyak 80 orang (66,7%) dan prestasi belajar yang baik sebanyak 89 orang (74,2%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Chi Square hubungan sarapan pagi dengan pengetahuan status gizi didapat nilai p value = 0.040 (p < 0.05). Hasil uji Chi Square hubungan sarapan pagi dengan prestasi belajar didapat nilai p value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan bermakna antara sarapan pagi dengan status gizi dan prestasi belajar anak. Breakfast contributes energy and nutritional needs that support daily activities, and academic achievement and affects the nutritional status of children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between breakfast with knowledge of nutritional status and learning achievement in class VII students at SMPN 02 Banjar Agung. The method used in this research is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples in this study was 120 seventh- grade students at SMPN 02 Banjar Agung who were screened for inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study obtained the results of good breakfast habits obtained by 100 people (80.0%), knowledge of good nutrition by as many as 94 people (78.3%), and good learning achievement by as many as 89 people (74.2%). Based on the results of the Chi-Square test, the relationship between breakfast and nutritional status obtained a p-value = 0.040 (p < 0.05). The results of the Chi-Square test of the relationship between breakfast and learning achievement obtained a p-value = 0.000 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between breakfast with knowledge of nutritional status and children's learning achievement.
