Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis pengaruh manajemen blended learning terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Toraja Utara.; 2) Menganalisis pengaruh digital skills terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Toraja Utara.; 3) Menganalisis pengaruh manajemen blended learning dan digital skills secara bersama-sama terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling, yaitu guru di SMKN 1, SMKN 2, dan SMKN 3 Toraja Utara sebagai SMK besar yang mewakili keseluruhan sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Model penelitian terdiri dari manajemen blended learning (X1), digital skills (X2) sebagai varabel bebas, dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang dibagikan secara langsung. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah analisis korelasi dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Manajemen blended learning (X1) memengaruhi kemandirian belajar peserta didik (Y) SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Besar pengaruh manajemen blended learning guru (X1) terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik sebesar 40,3%; 2) Digital skills (X2) memengaruhi kemandirian belajar peserta didik (Y). Besar pengaruh Digital skills terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik sebesar 32,3%; 3) Model manajemen blended learning (X1) dan digital skills (X2) dapat menjelaskan variasi pada kemandirian belajar peserta didik (Y) sebesar 58,9%./ Apriani Patabang. 2022. Postgraduate Thesis of Educational Administration/ Management Program Christian University of Indonesia This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of blended learning management on the learning independence of State Vocational High School students in North Toraja Regency; 2) Analyzing the influence of digital skills on the learning independence of State Vocational High School students in North Toraja Regency; 3) Analyzing the effect of blended learning management and digital skills together on the learning independence of State Vocational High School students in North Toraja Regency. This type of research is an ex post facto research. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling, namely teachers at SMKN 1, SMKN 2, and SMKN 3 North Toraja as large SMKs representing all schools in North Toraja Regency. The research model consists of blended learning management (X1), digital skills (X2) as the independent variable, and students' independent learning (Y) as the dependent variable. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire that was distributed directly. The method used in analyzing the data is correlation analysis and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25 application. The results show that: 1) Blended learning management (X1) affects the learning independence of students (Y) in State Vocational High Schools in North Toraja Regency. The influence of the teacher's blended learning management (X1) on the learning independence on students by 40.3%; 2) Digital skills (X2) affect the learning independence of students (Y). The influence of Digital skills on the learning independence on students by 32.3%; 3) The management model of blended learning (X1) and digital skills (X2) can explain the variation in the learning independence of students (Y) of 58.9%.} }
