Biyonga sub-watershed is one of the sub-watersheds where most of the downstream areas are highly prone to flooding. The purpose of research was to determine the potential for flooding in the the Biyonga sub-watershed. The method used in this research is the SWAT model using ArcSWAT software. The results of this study indicate that the Biyonga subwatershed has 3 classifications of potential flooding; low, medium and high classes. The low class has an 10,288.5 ha area or 89.3%, the medium category has an area of 647 ha or the equivalent of 5.6% and the high category has an area of 589.5 ha or 5.1%. This shows that the Biyonga sub-watershed is included in the low class level of flood susceptibility because most of its area is in the highland area. The areas included in the high category of flood potential are downstream wedge areas, namely Pone Village, Huidu Village, Tenilo Village, Bolihuangga Village, Hunggaluwa Village, Hepuhulawa Village, and Kayumerah Village.} }
