		abstract={The Cooperative Savings and Loans Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo is the object of this research. The
cooperative was established in 2008 related to storage and lending activities. The obstacle currently facing the
cooperative is all of its service processes apply a semi-manual system. Therefore through this application it is can
be a solution for cooperatives in carrying out existing procedures thus they can run smoothly and provide
convenience to cooperative members themselves in carrying out savings and loan activities directly from cell
phones. At the stage of developing this system, the author uses the SDLC method using the waterfall model. The
result of this research is to build an android-based application system as a managerial solution for the solar
cooperative at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo and make the entire transaction process more
efficient.}
