		abstract={KMS is a card containing the normal growth curve of children based on an anthropometric index of body weight according to age. The role of cadres related to monitoring growth and development is very important. The goal of this study was to evaluate the impact of KMS filling training on vaccination cadres ability to interpret weighing findings accurately. Pre-Experimental Research Design with a one-group pre-posttest approach. Up to 13 respondents were sampled using a random sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires (Pre-test and post-test) and tested using a paired t-test. The results showed that the average knowledge before (pre-test) was 66.92, and after (post-test) was given training 78.23 with a p = value of 0.001. The mean value of skills before training (pre-test) was 57.38, while after training (post-test) was 86.23 with a p-value of 0.001. After training (posttest), 86.23 with a p-value of 0.000. The effectiveness of KMS filling training is the accuracy of immunization cadres in interpreting weighing results.}
