		abstract={Cancer is a disease caused by abnormal growth of body tissue cells (growing faster and uncontrollably), infiltrating or seeping and suppressing body tissues so that it affects the body's organs. Quality of life has become an important topic in terms of medical care, because quality of life can decrease when individuals are exposed to illness and illness for a long time, and quality of life can be a consideration for prevention before and before the disease appears. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping mechanisms and quality of life in cancer patients. The research method uses a research design, namely Literary Studies. The research variable measured was Coping Mechanisms with Quality of Life in Cancer patients. The research variable used is the independent variable (independent), namely the coping mechanism and the determined variable (dependent) is the quality of life. The population in this study is a journal that has a relationship with coping mechanisms and quality of life in cancer patients. Data collection uses secondary data. Search journal research conducted on the internet using Google Scholar and Indonesian OneSearch. The results based on the literature study which was used as a comparison material, it was found that there was a relationship between coping mechanisms and quality of life in cancer patients. The conclusion from positive coping mechanisms helps cancer patients to overcome the problems they face so that the quality of life of patients becomes better}
