		abstract={Tuberculosis is a major health problem in the WHO world with member countries including Indonesia making efforts to reduce pulmonary TB disease. TB patients' non-compliance in undergoing treatment causes a low recovery rate and also an increased death rate. One of the factors related to compliance with taking medication is family support. The aim of the research was to analyze family support and adherence to taking OAT medication in TB patients. Quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. The population was 40 TB sufferers using total sampling so that the total sample was 40 people. The research results showed that the highest family support was good family support of 20 people with the highest adherence to taking OAT medication, namely high compliance of 21 people, pValue value=0.000<0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking OAT medication in TB patients at the UPT Puskesmas, Paleleh District, Buol Regency. It is hoped that the suggestions will become input for the UPT Puskesmas, Paleleh District, Buol Regency, as well as families and the community at large in increasing the level of compliance for TB sufferers.}
