		abstract={This research aims to discover the obstacles in Banthayo Poboide and how Banthayo Poboide is developing. The analytica method is descriptive qualitative and SWOT and data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. the result showed that Banthayo Poboide has many existing obstacles. However, several things can still be developed to reduce these constraints, namely by minimizing weaknesses by taking advantage of opportunities, which is following the results of the study, amely obtaining the WO strategy in this research.}
