		abstract={This research aims to determine the relationship between friends support andpsychological well-being in employee class students at the Faculty of Economics,Ichsan University, Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods.This research took a population of employee class students at the Faculty ofEconomics, Ichsan University. The sample used the entire population of 88employee class students. The data collection method uses a peer support scaleand a psychological well-being scale using a Likert scale model. The dataanalysis technique uses Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results of theanalysis obtained a p value = 0.001 (p < 0.05) with a significance level of 0.510,indicating there is a significant relationship between peer support andpsychological well-being in employee class students at the Faculty of Economics,Gorontalo Ichsan University.}
