		abstract={This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo, this research aims to provide a solution for dealing with loss and physical damage to LP3M documents therefore to save time in searching for computerized document archives through an information system that will be built, assisting in collecting data in a more efficient way. This system was developed using the prototype method. The result of this research is a web-based system or software, namely, the document archiving information system for the development and quality assurance institution (LP3M) at the Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo. This system can make it easier for LP3M institutions to archive or store documents.}
