		abstract={This study discusses al-fas}lu and al-was}lu in the Qur'an with three formulations of the problem; how to use uslu>b al-fas}lu in the Qur'an, how to use uslu>b al-was}lu in the Qur'an, and what is the purpose of using al-fas}lu and al-was}l in the Qur'an perspective of balaqah. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of alfas}lu and al-was}l in the Qur'an, and to find out the purpose of use of al-fas}lu and al-was}l in the Qur'an balagah perspective. The results showed that in the use of al-fas}lu there are 4 places, namely: perfect continuity, perfect disconnection, perfect continuity similarity, mediating between two sentences, while in al-was}lu there are 3 places, namely: compatibility between khabar and insya' in lafadz and its meaning, the first sentence has a position in i'rab and the second sentence is the law of i'rab,  There is a difference between the first and second sentences of the forms Khobar and Insha'.}
