The purpose of research was to determine the factors are associated with BPJS patient satisfaction with outpatient services in the Work Area of the Limboto Health Center. This research used a quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. The samples was 98 people, the sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a chi square statistical test analysis with a significant level of ? (0.05). From the results of research of the Five Dimensions of Health Service Quality on patient satisfaction, namely the p-value dimensions of responsiveness (0.000), assurance (0.001) tangibles (0.000), empathy (0.001) and reliability (0.000). It can be concluded that the five dimensions of health service factors are interrelated with patient satisfaction at the Limboto Health Center.} }
