		abstract={This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Livable Housing Assistance Program (Mahyani) in Puncak Mandiri Village, Sumalata District, North Gorontal Regency. The research method used a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Sources of research data include the Village Head, Secretary and Officials, as well as community recipients of the program and those who have not received it. Data collection  was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed the implementation of the Mahyani Program in Puncak Mandiri Village still faces a number of challenges. Although construction of Mahyani Houses has begun, the construction process is still not complete and there is a lack of transparency in the implementation of the program by the village government. In addition, the main objective of this program, namely poverty alleviation, has not been fully achieved due to limited funds and dependance on village budgets. This research provides important insights for local governments, especially in increasing the effectiveness and transparency of the implementation of social assistance programs. Better corrective measures are needed to ensure that aid programs such as Mahyani can provide maximum benefits for communities in need.}
