		abstract={This research aims to determine how the Implementation of Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure in the Kominfotik Office of Gorontalo Province. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The results showed that implementing Law No. 14/2008 on Public Information Disclosure in the Kominfotik Office of Gorontalo Province could have gone better. Based on the study of 4 indicators of policy implementation, it is different than expected. Related to the standard indicator and policy objectives, it is found that the information manager still needs to understand the purpose of this KIP Law fully. The resource indicator shows that the human resources of information managers in each OPD still need to be clarified, and their main duties and functions must be fully understood. Regarding the inter-organizational relations indicator, the cause of the less than optimal predicate of Gorontalo Province as a region towards informativeness is the need for more performance of the application (website) in displaying public information. However, there is good cooperation between OPDs at the regional and central levels. Regarding the implementor disposition indicator, it was found that employees still need to understand their duties in carrying out public information disclosure. Thus, improvements in these aspects need to be made so that the implementation of UU KIP in the Kominfotik Office of Gorontalo Province can run more efficiently and effectively.}
