		abstract={This study aims to determine the preparation of work programs, realization, and the procedure for reporting the final accountability of the Gorontalo Muhammadiyah Student Association period 2019-2021. The method was conducted by qualitative approach with descriptive type, collecting data through: Observation, interviews and documentation with the informants is the regional leadership of Gorontalo Muhammadiyah Student Association with used measuring management level indicators. The results of this study indicate the absence of some field heads and members in program planning, a lack of understanding of Tanfizd, a lack of understanding of national main programs, and an understanding of identifying crucial organizational issues at the lower levels. Some administrators need to understand the duties and functions of the organizational structure. Moreover, some of the administrators are students who need help managing their time between lectures and organizations. There is also the absence of submission of accountability reports from each field by the procedures of the Gorontalo Province Muhammadiyah Student Association deliberation until the absence of a physical accountability report. Therefore it is necessary to understand the organization?s AD/ART, tanfiz, nasional programs and the need to increase understanding regarding the duties and fungtion of the management as well as reporting all activities which is have been carried out during the period through regional Muhammadiyah Student Association deliberation in form of accountability report.}
