And during the observation there were many problems in providing services to the community, one of which was the absence of a clear service flow from the Public Service Mall. Therefore objective of this research is to determine the quality of service at the Public Service Mall in Bone Bolango Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach because to measure the level of validity in describing the quality of service at the Public Service Mall in Bone Bolango Regency which is located on Jl. Prof. Dr. ing. B. J. Habibie, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is can be concluded that the quality of service at the Public Service Mall in Bone Bolango Regency is not good enough. Of the five indicators of public service quality that were measured, namely 1) tangible, 2) reliability, 3) responsiveness, 4) assurance, 5) empathy, only two indicators were fulfilled, namely indicators of reliability and responsiveness.} }
