		abstract={Adequate nutrition for infants should be started early in lifecontent, namely by providing adequate nutrition to pregnant women.After birth, exclusive breastfeeding should be pursued, means that breastfeed only until the child is 4 to 6 months old. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and body weight andbody length of infants aged 6-7 months in the working area of ?kota barat Health Center.This research uses an analytical survey research design by going through thecross sectional study approach. Samples were taken by accidental techniquesampling sampling is determined at the time of the study.Collecting data using questionnaires and observation sheets. Data analysisusing the Chi Square test with a significance level (? = 0.05). Statistic testp value = 0.007 with < 0.05, so there is a correlation betweenweight growth of infants who are exclusively breastfed and not exclusively breastfed,and obtained p value = 0.212 with > 0.05, so there is norelationship between body length growth of infants who are exclusively breastfedand not exclusive breastfeeding in the working area of ??the West City Health Center.}
