		abstract={preparedness is an activity carried out in anticipation of a disaster through organizing and through appropriate and efficient steps. The objective of research is to identify the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Challenges of Preparedness of Health Workers in Flood Disasters. The research method uses descriptive research with the SWOT analysis method. The results showed the internal aspects that became the strength of the preparedness ofhealth workers included the disaster team, participating in flood preparedness training, supply of medicines and supplies of other infrastructure, as well as supervision through health surveillance while the internal aspect which became a weakness was the lack of a direct medical service team when disasters, no written SOPs, lack of empowering health workers through training in mapping flood-prone areas that have not been maximized and lack of budget. The external aspect that becomes an opportunity is the existence of assistance, coordination, trust from related units such as the government and the community while the external aspect that becomes a challenge is the lack of public awareness and knowledge, the drainage system, and the emergence of various health problems. Conclusion, the internal aspect of strength reached 92.6%, the internal aspect of weakness 38.1% and the external aspect of opportunity reached 91.7% and the external aspect of challenges 46.7%.}
