		abstract={Bronchopneumonia disease in children continues to increase every year, the increase in cases of this disease occurs due to parental factors both parental knowledge and behavior, less knowledge and behavior of parents that tend to result in the child repeatedly developing bronchopneumonia. The purpose of the study was to determine the knowledge and behavior of parents towards bronchopneumonia in children at the Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo Hospital. Descriptive quantitative research design. The population of children experiencing brokopeumonia is 102 people. The sample was 30 people with accidental sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Test the statistics using chi-square. The results obtained were the relationship between knowledge (p-value 0.011) and behavior (p-value 0.010) of parents against bronchopneumonia in children at the Boalemo Farmers and Fishermen Hospital. It is concluded that bronchopneumonia can be caused by the knowledge and behavior of parents in children at the Tani dan Nelayan Boalemo Hospital.}
