		abstract={Postpartum care needs to be carried out thoroughly even though in general the mother who gives birth is in good health, but sometimes problems are also found. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior in post partum mothers in North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Sampling used a total sample technique, namely as many as 48 post partum mothers. Collecting data using a questionnaire sheet. The results showed that some of the respondents, namely post partum mothers, had sufficient knowledge about clean and healthy living behaviors, namely 34 people (70.8%). for post partum mothers to be more active in seeking additional information both through print and electronic media to increase knowledge about PHBS during the postpartum period and to be able to apply how to clean the vulva and perineum properly when returning home.}
