		abstract={This research was conducted at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo, which aims to develop and design a correspondence management information system. This is due to the existing or running correspondence process at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Many processes still need to be appropriately computerized, causing the time needed to complete one correspondence process to be very much, and this will also be able to cause loss or even damage to archives of letters. Therefore, through this research, it is hoped that it can become a good solution for the University in terms of solving problems contained in the correspondence process. This system is developed through a system development method, namely the Prototype method, which has 7 phases: gathering requirements, building prototypes, evaluating prototypes, coding systems, testing systems, evaluating systems, and using systems. The result of this research is a web-based software, namely the Correspondence Management Information System, which is expected to help, alleviate, and even facilitate the University regarding Correspondence Management.}
