		abstract={Developing a Decision Support System to determine Direct Cash Assistance recipients, using the Multi Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Multi Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The objective of this research is to design and build software in the form of a system that can support decisions on selecting recipients of direct cash assistance in three villages in the Tolinggula district using the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. Based on the results of research using a waterfal system development model, with stages according to the method. This decision support system for selecting recipients of direct cash assistance can help village governments to conduct elections using the MOORA method. Based on the calculation results of the MOORA Method that has been done, that the accuracy of manual and system calculations has no differences. This indicates that the system has correctly performed the calculation with 99% accuracy.}
