		abstract={Everyone who gets illness must really need support from their family in order to motivate them to recover, there are also those who have less family support but he has the ability to take care of himself. This research aims to determine the relationship between family support, knowledge, and self-care of leprosy sufferers. This research uses a correlational method with a cross sectional approach using a questionnaire. Samples were taken using total sampling technique with a total sample of 27 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires filled out by respondents and interviews using the check list method and data analysis using Chi-Square statistical tests. The results showed that the more supportive families, the better the leprosy sufferer would do for selfcare, and the higher one's knowledge, the better one would perform self-care with the statistical test results obtained p value = 0.05 (p <0.05 ) thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and knowledge of leprosy self-care.}
