In the preamble of the 1945 Constitution, it is clear that the purpose of the establishment of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is to educate the life of the nation. The lack of appropriate education management in the State Junior High School Lede District Taliabu Island Regency is marked by the still executive tasks have not understood the responsibilities as appropriate, irregular administration, discipline students are still low, the presence of teachers in school has not been maximized. This condition is due to the school system is not running properly. In order to enhance public confidence in the management of State Junior High School District Lede Taliabu Island District of North Maluku Province. then the need for implementation ofmanagement in schools. Objective: To analyze the influence of school management, work culture, and competence on the quality of education at SMP Negeri Lede District Taliabu Island, North Maluku Province. Methods of Research: The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. The approach used is cross sectional study. The sample used 84 respondents. Data collection was obtained by using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Results: School management, work culture, and competence have a significant effect on the quality of education. Conclusion: Based on the result of t-test shows that both school management variables, work culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on the quality of junior high school education in Lede subdistrict, Taliabu regency, North Maluku province.} }
