This research is a quantitative research with sampling technique using random sampling method by determining the number of samples using the slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, regression test, coefficient of determination test, t test, and F test, the analytical tools used are SPSS software version 26. The results show that: 1) Competence affects employee performance. 2) Work discipline has no effect on employee performance. 3) Competency and Work Discipline have a joint effect on employee performance.
