		abstract={The aim of the research is to determine the effect of resistance band training on shooting accuracy in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo. This research is quantitative research with an experimental method which is defined as a method used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. The population used in this research was extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo, totaling 20 students. The sample was 20 active extracurricular students. The sampling technique in this research is total sampling. The data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 23 application program.
The results of the research show that there is an influence of resistance band training on shooting accuracy abilities in extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo, with a t=count value of 15.682, this value is greater than t=table 2.093 or t=count 15.682 > t=table 2.093 and the results are sig . (2-tailed) namely 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence of resistance band training on the shooting accuracy abilities of extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 8 Palopo.
