		abstract={The aim of this research is to find out bulu entok fish meal (BEFM) potential effect as substitution fed on commercial feed to carcass quality which parameter is live weight, carcass weight and carcass percentage also economic analysis in male japanese quail. This research used 40 male japanese quail aged one day (day one quail). P0 (control group) was given 100% commercial feed. P1, P2 and P3 were given substitution of BEFM with different dosage respectively (2%, 4% and 6%). The sample of data was taken by weighing the male japanese quail manually. The data of carcass quality analyzed using one way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and if showed significant difference, continue by Duncan test as post-hoc test. The data of economic analysis analyzed by descriptive. The result of this research was indicate that usage 4% and 6% BEFM substitution were significant difference (P<0.05) in live weight but usage 2-6% BEFM substitution not significant difference (P>0,05) in carcass weigth and carcass percentage of male japanese quail. Economy analysis in this research gave effect in decreasing of total income and margin contribution, and increasing of total cost and variable cost. The final conclusion was showed that usage 6% BEFM as substitution fed on commercial feed implicate the best result in live weight and usage 2-6% BEFM had business worthed value.}
