This study aimed to analyze the relationship between workers' work attitudes and repetitive movements in the production of pressed bricks in Kaligoro Hamlet, Kutorejo District, Mojokerto. The research method is analytic observational, with a cross-sectional design in March 2021 in the brick press industry in Kaligoro Hamlet, Kutorejo District, Mojokerto, with a total sample of 42 workers selected using simple random sampling of 47 worker populations. The independent variables include age, BMI, work period, length of work, work attitudes, and repetitive movements, while the dependent variable is complaints of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, and phalen test. The results show that 61.9% of respondents have complaints of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. There are significant relationship between work period (p=0.027), work atitude (p=0.008), and repetitive movements (p=0.003) with complaints of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. There were no relationship between age (p=0.483), BMI (p=1.00), and length of work (p=0.658) with complaints of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The conclusion is work period, work attitude, and repetitive movements related to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome complaints in workers in the production section of the pressed brick industry in Kaligoro Hamlet, Kutorejo District, Mojokerto. So it is necessary to have an examination at the health service regarding complaints of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome so that it does not worsen, repair work stations, and pay more attention to the repetitive movements that are carried out while working.} }
