Method : This research was a qualitative study using a phenomenology approach conducted at three Public Health Centres and two-family doctor practices. Research subjects included 11 service providers and ten recipients of Prolanis. The data collection technique used was interview and document review, while the data analysis was conducted qualitatively. Results : Interviews with participants indicated the involvement of health workers and administrative staff in the implementation of Prolanis in family physicians and public health centres. Good communication increased the collaboration of the team members, vertical communication and horizontal communication between the administrators of Prolanis. Patient support is provided by implementing reminders by the Prolanis administrators, both in the family doctors and in the public health centres. Patient participation in treatment indicates an improvement in the quality of hypertension care. Patient satisfaction is achieved by providing facilities and infrastructure, services by officers/administrators, and advice on the implementation of Prolanis at the family physicians and the public health centre. Both service providers and recipients have a favourable view regarding the pharmacist's involvement in Prolanis. Conclusion : It can be concluded that the implementation of Prolanis in family doctor and public health centre in Sampang Regency has not been conducted well especially on the management of human resource as the Prolanis implementation staff, although from the point of view of service providers and beneficiaries they feel that it is good enough.} }
