To analyze, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The research method used is a case study by taking research locations at BIG and online media channels used by BIG during the pandemic period starting from March 2020. Research data were obtained through interviews with 6 informants who are leaders and staff of the Public Relations and Cooperation (Humkes) section. in BIG, textual analysis of content on BIG social media, observations and related literature studies. The results of the study indicate that information on the prevention of COVID-19 is public information that affects all Indonesian people, therefore it is the obligation of BIG to provide this information to the public. Second, there are some basic elements of CPR that have been implemented include: controlled transparency, monitoring comments to find out community requests, using Linktree to direct visitors to certain websites, while content is still monotonous and publication coverage is still lacking. Then for the strategy, CPR carries out 4 steps of the management process. First, in planning the CPR program, BIG carries out media monitoring and SWOT environmental situation analysis. Second, in program development, BIG CPR has made a content schedule for 1 month, but the PR goals are not yet included in the general organizational goals. Third, for the implementation of the BIG CPR program, we use webinars, social media and the BIG COVID-19 special website. Fourth, at the evaluation stage, there are 3 things that must be improved, namely preparing qualified data and human resources, providing the topic of content that is being sought at that time, and ensuring that BIG data is used by its stakeholders. In its implementation, BIG CPR can also be a way for PR to overcome the current crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, by providing information that can help reduce the impact or damage that occurs in the community.} }
