This thesis intends to analyze the mathematical model of the spread of COVID-19 with these two strains. Then to apply the optimal control of preventive measures with 3M (wearing masks, social distancing, washing hands) and treatment. Model without control has three aquilibria, namely non-endemic equilibrium, endemic strain 1 equilibrium and endemic strain 2 equilibrium.} }
