The sample used was ten A. galli in each treatment for all repeats. Observation and recording of A. galli who died were carried out at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 hours. Data analysis using ANOVA and continued with Duncan multiple range Test. The results showed that ethanol extract of cayenne pepper leaves (Capsicum frutescens L.) has an anthelmintic effect on Ascaridia galli worms in vitro.
