The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of feed, age, sex, and castration history to risk factors causing FLUTD and to find out the description of FLUTD through examination of clinical signs, dipsticks, and urine sediments at the Sahabat Satwa Genteng clinic. The study was conducted in December 2020-February 2021 at the Sahabat Satwa Genteng clinic and the PSDKU Laboratory of Airlangga University in Banyuwangi. The research procedure was carried out by conducting diagnostics, data collection, urine sampling, examination of the dipstick method, examination of the urine sediment method, and data analysis carried out using Chi-Square analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between sex factors, castration history, and feed on the risk of FLUTD disease. There is no relationship between the age factor and the risk of FLUTD. Clinical signs that often occur in FLUTD disease start from stranguria, hematuria, dysuria, periuria, and polakisuria. The results of the dipstick examination found that 86.1% of cats affected by FLUTD had a normal pH and 13.9% had an alkaline pH. In the SG results, it was found that all cats suffering from FLUTD had values below the normal SG value of cats, while in terms of protein it was found that all cats suffering from FLUTD had values above normal cats. Urine containing blood or hematuria was found in 63.9% of cats with FLUTD. Leukocytes are also found in the urine of cats with FLUTD. The results of urine sediment examination found that struvite crystals were the most common formation in the urine of cats suffering from FLUTD followed by calcium oxalate crystals and cystine crystals.} }
