This study was aimed to determine the total plate count of broiler meat at various wet market and supermarket in Bekasi City in March 2021. Purposive sampling of 40 breast broiler meat samples were purchased from 10 markets. Each of 25 gram weight samples were than prepared for pour plate method of total plate count (TPC). The result showed that 32 out of 40 samples (80%) were exceeded the TPC’s limit according to the National Standard of Indonesia (SNI 7388:2009). The highest TPC value of breast broiler meat in this study was 3.7 × 107 CFU/g.} }
