Anang Rohmat Jatmiko, SE.,M.Si This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of food management policies implemented by the Ngampel village government in realizing food security in the village. Wise food management can help the government to overcome the poverty that occurs in Ngampel Village, Ngusikan sub-district, Jombang Regency. This research uses a qualitative method which is based on postpositivist philosophy, used to examine the condition of natural objects. In this research, informants consisted of three main groups, namely Village Heads, Empowerment Facilitators, and the Community. From this research it can be concluded that BPNT in Ngampel Village shows several aspects of significant effectiveness, namely the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Ngampel Village has succeeded in reducing poverty levels by providing access to more affordable and nutritious food for people in need, through empowerment assistance. , The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Ngampel Village does not only focus on providing food assistance, but also aims to increase community capacity in managing the resources and opportunities provided to achieve long-term sustainability. The generally positive community response to the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) in Ngampel Village is a strong indication that this program provides real benefits in significantly improving their quality of life. The results of this test show that BPNT assistance can help the effectiveness of food security and reduce poverty that occurs in Ngampel Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency.
