Sumber Celeng Agrotourism (SCA) is part of the Jayamahe BUMDes Unit in the village of Bulurejo Diwek Jombang. Sumber Celeng Agrotourism is a long-term program that requires village government policy support as well as attention to innovative and sustainable management. This research aims to find out the role of transformational leadership in carrying out tourism development innovations. This research uses a qualitative method, where the determination of informants is carried out using purposive techniques. Data search was carried out by interviews, observations and also documents related to Sumber Celeng Arowisata. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out using the analysis introduced by Miles and Haberman. From this research, the results showed that the village head was able to create trust, invite and inspire village officials to want to hand over some of the land for SCA. Apart from that, the village head also provides a role model so that community trust can grow. Village leaders also have communication skills so that communication with the community is two-way and solution-oriented. Apart from that, values and norms are well maintained and support the creation of a conducive situation.
