		abstract={The dynamics of human civilization in its history have always grown and developed dynamically in line with the changes that occur in human life itself. Social changes also occur in the Jatiraja Hamlet community in accordance with the development and changes of society. This study aims to determine the social dynamics of the community, the forms of social change, and the impacts that occur due to social changes in Jatiraja Hamlet, Mangunan Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency. This type of research is qualitative. The data collection technique used the snowball method with eight informants. Sources of data obtained based on primary data and secondary data. To collect data, the researcher used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis model used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this research is that the people of Jatiraja experience a change but it is still slow. The forms of change in Jatiraja Hamlet range from changes in livelihoods, people's lifestyles that used to be traditional to a more modern society and changes in Jatiraja community relations which are more individualistic but still harmonious, people follow activities in the hamlet for the sake of social existence. The social changes that occurred in Jatiraja Hamlet had both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts include that people are more aware that access to information is more open and mobility is easier, while the negative impacts that occur are that the community becomes more individualistic, consumptive and the occurrence of social inequality due to changes in society from traditional to modern.
