In Karangan village before there is already a clean water system but it has not been able to meet water needs clean the village to the maximum. Clean water system planning is done by take advantage of the new springs which are then channeled through the system gravity (gravity system) to the distribution reservoir, then the water is distributed to the residents through a house connection (SR) with a gravity system. A number of The formulation of the problem to be achieved in this study are: (1) Knowing discharge from new springs, (2) Knowing the dimensions of the reservoir size will be used, (3) Knowing the number of people who will get water. Data What is needed in this study are: (a) primary data obtained from the results of direct survey in the field (b) secondary data obtained from the agency government or private sector to analyze the population that will be get clean water. (c) with this plan the villagers the essay can be met with water needs and immediately followed up by related agencies/institutions, with relatively low investment costs and can last for a long time. Results from research and discussion obtained: (1) from the results of measuring the discharge of existing springs on average has a flow rate of 0.628 ltr/sec. (2) after measuring the debit springs, the number of people who will get clean water assistance as many as 904 people. (3) with the spring discharge, the size of the spring is a determined reservoir that is 3m, 1.5m wide, 2m high.} }
