This condition often causes traffic jams. The performance of traffic flow in the commercial zone is reduced, because it is caused by various activities that occur on the side of the road. One of the activities that cause this is activities on the side of the road or side barriers in the form of vehicles in and out, pedestrians, and slow vehicles. Jalan Dhoho is one of the commercial zones in Kediri City. On Jalan Dhoho this is a shopping center in the city of Kediri, therefore Jalan Dhoho is an economic zone so it becomes one of the goals for the people of Kediri and the surrounding community. Jalan Dhoho was chosen as the research location because on this road there is often congestion caused by the high activity on the side of the road in the form of the number of vehicles that stop raising and lowering passengers, parking on the road, pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles, vehicles entering and leaving the side of the road. roads, which affect traffic flow, speed, capacity. The study was conducted during peak hours. Data retrieval directly in the field, for traffic volume, vehicle speed and side obstacle data. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI). From the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that the speed of travel time from the above analysis obtained in each segment I and II is 9.8 km/hour in segment I, 18.18 km/hour in segment II A, then the capacity of segment II A is also obtained. segment I and II with segment I results of 3036.0 cur/hour, Segment II 2489.52 cur/hour. It was also found that the degree of saturation in each segment was 0.38 in segment I, 0.51 in segment II which was classified as stable with the speed and motion of the vehicle still being controlled} }
