		abstract={In this study, the performance of the Kab. Jombang. The road is an alternative road that connects from one road to another in Jombang Regency. So that the activities on these roads are quite dense in serving the needs of transportation in the community. From the results of observations made on protocol roads after the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is necessary to analyze the volume of vehicles that pass to determine the performance of the road during the Covid-19 pandemic whether there has been a significant change due to the implementation of PSBB on the road. Several formulations of the problem to be achieved in this study are: (1) Knowing the comparison of the volume of vehicles passing during the pre-pandemic and pandemic periods. (2) Knowing the comparison of performance during the pandemic. (3) Knowing the level of changes in volume and performance that occur on the road. What is needed in this study are: (a) primary data obtained from direct field surveys (b) secondary data obtained from government or private agencies to analyze road performance using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method.


Based  on the results of the study, it is known that the performance of the Jombang Regency protocol roads during the Covid 19 Pandemic is still stable/good. There was an average decrease in vehicle volume by 11.08%.
