		abstract={This research was motivated by the existence of toto gambling (togel) in the village community of Megaluh subdistrict. Because of the rise of lottery gambling, it takes countermeasures by parties who can be held accountable for criminal acts of lottery gambling. This research uses Normative and Empirical approach methods. The types and sources of legal materials used in research are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. Legal material collection techniques are carried out by means of library studies and field studies by conducting interviews of relevant parties. While the analytical technique used is induction which means something that is specifically directed to something that is general. The arrangement of criminal liability related to criminal acts in Indonesia is regulated in several regulations, namely the Criminal Law Act (Criminal Code), Law No. 11 of 2008 ITE (Internet and Electronic transactions) article 45 of the ITE Law, and the Criminal Code Act on gambling crimes Article 303 of the Criminal Code. In the regulation of the Law, there are parties who are held criminally responsible if they commit criminal acts of lottery gambling including those who include legal subjects (humans and legal entities) doing lottery gambling or participating in the game, as well as those who provide the facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of the lottery gambling crime.}
