		abstract={This study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Confidence and Anxiety Facing the World of Work. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between Self-Confidence and Anxiety in Facing the World of Work. The population of this research is vocational high school students with the status of new graduates who are graduates from several vocational high schools in Jombang Regency. The sample used in this study was 59 vocational school graduates in 2021/2022 using the Incidental Sampling Technique. The data collection tool used is the Confidence Scale and Anxiety Scale in Facing the World of Work. Hypothesis testing is done by using Product Moment Correlation Statistical Analysis. The results of the analysis showed that rxy = - 0.563 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This shows that there is a significant negative relationship between Self-Confidence and Anxiety in Facing the World of Work. The negative direction means that the higher the student's self-confidence, the lower the anxiety in facing the world of work. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.}
