This type of research is quantitative with a questionnaire method and the number of samples in this study is 31 respondents. The sampling technique was obtained from the random sampling method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data, namely literature books and the internet. While the data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis by using analysis through the PLS program (WARP PLS). The results of the research that have been carried out show that the answers of the respondents studied on the compensation variable. The wage indicator given by the company is in accordance with the minimum wage for work in Jombang, the answers of most respondents agree, so compensation has a significant effect. The results of the research conducted indicate that the incentive variable has a significant influence on employee performance. The research results obtained from the performance variable were stated to be good by the respondents.
