Morals are considered very important in the post-modern era, as it is today, essentially changing the cultural and spiritual environment in the world of education and boarding schools, even the most unfortunate thing is the destruction of morals, morals and behavior in today's students. Specifically that morals in the world of education, especially the morals of students towards teachers or Ustadz, are currently starting to fade and have even disappeared, although the morals themselves are still there, there are many misplacements. One example is the reduced behavior of students' politeness towards teachers or Ustadz in the teaching and learning process.
The type of research used in this study is a qualitative research type, with the type of library research, data collection using supporting books as supporters in the analysis of the muta'allim book of ta'lim.
The results of this study are 1. So that students have a strong learning spirit and can reap the blessings of Kyai. 2. So that the students have a ta'dzim attitude, be honest and responsible to the Islamic Boarding School and do not violate the Kiyai Mojo Islamic Boarding School regulations. 3. And for the students to try to apply the morals that have been taught in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim seriously so that they are used to being practiced in everyday life and for later life, especially when they leave the Kiyai Mojo Islamic Boarding School.
