Electricity itself is the main requirement in all economic activities and activities every day, while the availability of fossil fuel power plants in nature is decreasing, it requires alternative energy sources that can meet energy needs in the form of solar panels as a generator of electrical energy. In this research, a micro-scale solar power plant has been developed for the purpose of lighting the mosque terrace. In the use of solar panels themselves are still static which results in the utilization of solar energy so far less than optimal. To optimize solar energy as a material for electrical energy, solar panels are an alternative. In this study, the design of a solar panel with a capacity of 20WP uses an automatic timer motor based on the real time principle, as the driver uses a servo motor. From the results of testing the timer motor and without using the timer motor, the resulting voltage is different, for those using the automatic timer motor the result is 16.48 Volts, while without using the automatic timer motor the resulting voltage is 14.94 Volts and for the efficiency of energy conversion from each of these methods. have different values, namely the value of the static panel of 48% while the value of the dynamic panel of 52%. So from these results the highest conversion efficiency was obtained at 52%. The results show that the greater the conversion efficiency, the greater the voltage generated Keywords: Solar Energy, Arduino UNO, Automatic timer motor} }
