		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and leadership abilities in the campus environment in adolescents. This study uses quantitative methods, sampling with incidental random sampling technique. The subjects of this research are students who study at Darul 'Ulum Jombang University, totaling 100 people with details of UNDAR students aged 18-21 years. The research instrument used in this study is the self-confidence scale and the leadership ability scale. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a relationship between self-confidence and leadership ability. The method used for data analysis is Spearman's rho correlation. The results of the analysis showed a correlation coefficient of rho = 0.898 and a significant value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). It means that there is a significant positive relationship so the hypothesis is accepted that self-confidence and leadership ability.
