		abstract={This study aims to determine the relationship between social anxiety and self adjustment of new students at Darul 'Ulum University Jombang. This study involved 50 students of Darul Ulum Jombang university. Data collection techniques were carried out offline using a uestionnaire and online with google form using purposive random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Spearman's rho correlation test analysis, the correlation coefficient (rxy) = -0.423 with a significance value of 0.002 (? <0.05) was obtained. This shows that there is a 
significant negative correlation between social anxiety and self adjustment of new students at Darul 'Ulum University Jombang.}
